Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Front Office
- Handle front desk and greet visitors, clients, and students
- Manage calls, inquiries, and basic coordination
- Maintain office documentation, filing, and records
- Coordinate with team for daily operations and requirements
- Manage courier, vendors, and office-related tasks
- Ensure office is organized and running smoothly
- Arrange, track, and calculate office consumables (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and keep them organized
Accounts & Billing
- Create GST invoices, quotations, and receipts
- Maintain daily entries (sales, expenses) in Excel / Zoho Books
- Track payments and follow up on pending dues
- Maintain bills, vouchers, and accounting records
- Support CA for GST and compliance work
- Assist in basic reports and reconciliation
Requirements
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting & GST
- Good communication and presentable personality
- Basic Excel skills
- Organized and responsible
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Who Can Apply
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA or any graduate
- Freshers with basic accounting knowledge can apply
- Candidates with 6-12 months experience preferred
