About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Admin Accountant Executive to join our growing CA firm. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation compliance, and client coordination, along with the ability to manage administrative responsibilities effectively. A strong focus on accuracy, timelines, and communication is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage books of accounts using Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns) and TDS/TCS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ)
- Perform bank, vendor, and client account reconciliations
- Handle payroll accounting and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT)
- Ensure timely compliance by maintaining and tracking compliance calendars
- Support income tax return filing and assist in tax planning activities
- Assist in statutory/internal audits and financial reporting
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, invoicing, and query resolution
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes with high accuracy (must-have)
- Actively coordinate with clients for billing, follow-ups, and financial communication (must-have)
- Handle accounts book writing with precision and completeness (must-have)
- Support administrative tasks, including coordination with HR for payroll and employee-related matters (must-have)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office (Zoho Books/QuickBooks is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive approach toward client handling and internal coordination
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or accounting environment
