Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day administrative operations and financial processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling accounts, vendor coordination, documentation, invoicing, compliance, and office administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Assist in GST filings and statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and expense summaries.
- Track event budgets, vendor costs, and profitability.
Administration- Manage office administration and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain company documents, contracts, and records.
- Support procurement and inventory management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in accounting and administration at Indian Startups.
- Working knowledge of accounting softwares.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and vendor management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in an events, hospitality, startup, or service-based organization.
- Familiarity with finances and administration.
- Knowledge of business tools.
- ce in an on-site role, preferably in events, hospitality, or service-oriented businesses, is beneficial.
