Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Affiliate & Merchant Operations Manager to oversee and manage cashback programs and affiliate merchant links in bulk. The ideal candidate should have experience in tracking, updating, and maintaining affiliate marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless operations.

Key & Monitor Cashback & Affiliate Links

• Handle a large volume of merchant/affiliate links efficiently.
• Ensure that links are working properly by conducting regular checks.
• Troubleshoot any broken or inactive links and resolve issues promptly.
  
  

Tracking & Updating Commission Changes

• Monitor commission percentage updates from affiliate platforms.
• Update commission rates as per the latest changes and ensure accurate records.
  
  

Affiliate Platform Management

• Work with various affiliate marketing platforms to maintain and optimize partner relationships.
• Onboard new merchants and affiliates as required.
  
  

Marketing & Offer Promotions

• Assist in marketing and promoting offers through various channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to highlight cashback deals effectively.
  
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize Excel, VLOOKUP, and other analytical tools to track performance and generate reports.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization in affiliate Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in handling cashback, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing operations.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking mechanisms, and commission structures.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to broken links and commission discrepancies.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to monitoring updates and changes.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with affiliate partners and internal teams.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as CJ, Rakuten, Impact, or similar.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to enhance cashback promotions.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, or rewards-based platforms.
