Software Developer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer who also enjoys teaching and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C, C++, Core Java, Advanced Java, Python, and related technologies, along with the ability to deliver technical knowledge in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications using C, C++, Java, and Python. Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and coding classes for students and professionals. Prepare training materials, assignments, and real-world coding exercises. Provide hands-on guidance to learners on coding practices, project development, and debugging. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new technologies into training. Assess and track the progress of learners, providing constructive feedback. Mentor and support learners in building projects and developing problem-solving skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong knowledge and coding experience in: C & C++ Core Java & Advanced Java Python (Basics to Advanced) Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Database Concepts. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently to beginners and intermediate learners. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is preferred (but not mandatory). Positive attitude with a passion for technology and education. Good to Have: Knowledge of additional languages like JavaScript, SQL, or frameworks like Spring, Django, etc. Exposure to real-time projects and software development lifecycle. Experience in curriculum development or content creation.
