Qualifications

. Preferred Bilingual English / Spanish.

. 3 Years Management Experience with 3 Years in Janitorial Industry.

. Support Interviewing and Hiring of staff, train, manage performance including disciplinary actions and terminations.

. Ability to understand project management and related project planning, while communicating any changes and progress.

. Weekly scheduling of staff.

. Oversee ordering of Supplies and Equipment.

. Maintain ongoing knowledge of all Compliance Standards ( OSHA, State / Federal ).

. Manage the Customer and Vendor relationship for assigned accounts.
