What you'll be doing: As a key member of their AI development team, you will: Design and develop state-of-the-art AI models for content generation and personalisation. Handle a variety of data types, ensuring they are primed for use in their machine learning models. Develop and deploy applications based on Large Language Models, including specialised techniques in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Ensure high performance and scalability of AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. Research and integrate the latest AI advancements to keep their solutions at the industry's forefront. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with their strategic goals. What experience you'll need to apply: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience creating LLM & RAG driven applications. Proficiency in programming with tools like Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. ML Deployment with services like Sagemaker, AzureML, VertexAI etc. A keen understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI deployment. Innovative thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities. Desirable skills: Experience with cloud infrastructures, especially Azure or AWS. Prior involvement in content-driven AI projects.
