Launched in Europe, North and South America and Chinathe Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in our EU or America locations and must be prepared to move for min 18 months several times. This requires a high degree of flexibility and international mobility. Your Tasks: Undergo initial training period in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany Manage your job duties in an assigned role in R&D, engineering, production, project management, sales (you will change location and position every 18-24 months) Learn how the business works in an international automotive company with a matrixorganization Bring in your passion and personal dedication to build our future together Work on a specific project based on business needs Be fully flexible and mobile Your Profile: Completed technical degree in e.g mechanical Engineering, Chemicals Engineering, Management Engineer (e.g. BA with Engineering focus) 1-2 years of working experience Min. standard user IT skills Fluent English is a must Team player and open to work in an intercultural environment Full mobility in EU/Americas or globally.
