Job DescriptionRajalakshmi School of Business (RSB) invites applications from accomplished professionals and academicians who have graduated from premier B-schools such as Indian Institutes of Management, Indian School of Business, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, XLRI – Xavier School of Management and other leading global institutions.
RSB is seeking Adjunct / Visiting Faculty to strengthen its academic ecosystem by bringing industry insights, case-based learning, and real-world business perspectives into the classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and workshops in domains such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analytics.
- Facilitate case discussions, simulations, and collaborative learning sessions.
- Mentor students on industry practices, leadership development, and career readiness.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and experiential learning initiatives.
- Participate in guest lectures, masterclasses, and academic events at RSB.
Eligibility- MBA / PGDM from top-tier B-schools (IIM, ISB, SP Jain, XLRI, or equivalent premier institutions).
- Relevant industry experience or academic teaching exposure preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for shaping the next generation of business leaders.
