Product Manager

The Aditya Birla Capital is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our financial products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial industry, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying and defining product requirements based on market trends and customer needs - Developing product roadmaps and managing the product lifecycle - Collaborating with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products to market - Analyzing product performance and making data-driven decisions to improve and optimize the products - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the products remain competitive and compliant - Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to align on product strategy and priorities.
