Key Accountabilities
- Provide trusted financial guidance and influence to Senior and Executive leadership, enabling data‑driven business decisions and growth through optimization of PEX and workforce spend.
- Own end‑to‑end monthly and annual FTE and PEX budgeting, forecasting, and actuals, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with approved budgets and strategic plans.
- Lead the monthly FTE & PEX governance process, delivering transparent variance analysis, insights, and recommendations to support timely decision‑making and spend discipline.
- Partner collaboratively with FP&A, Financial Controllers, HR partners, and NAM Finance leadership, aligning workforce planning, compensation including benefits, and productivity assumptions with financial outcomes.
- Manage standardized monthly financial deliverables and communications to FP&A and Cost Management, NAM Finance, and the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and executive‑level insight.
- Drive accountability for labor and operating expense management, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, guiding corrective actions, and conducting post‑mortems on outcomes.
- Continuously enhance forecasting, reporting, and governance rigor, implementing process improvements and best‑known practices to increase transparency, predictability, and efficiency.
- Support senior management with advanced financial analysis, ad hoc reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives, contributing financial leadership to strategic and operational projects.
