About the role

This role is responsible for leading the optimization of the consumer experience on adidas.com through data-driven insights, experimentation, and continuous improvement. The manager will work closely with the digital marketing, ecommerce, and UX teams to design, implement, and measure the impact of initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include analyzing user behavior data, ideating and testing new experiences, and communicating insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
