Workforce Management Analyst - Data Analytics

Role:- Contract Duration:- 12 Months Location:- Onsite in Dubai Adecco is hiring a Workforce Management Analyst - Data Analytics for our prestigious client in Dubai The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing and forecasting the needs of the workforce to ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation. Work closely with various departments to gather data and make informed decisions that optimize business operations. The role is responsible for planning, analytics, reporting, and insights in the Workforce Management function for Technology and Digital. It focuses on managing third-party staffing from vendor partners, enabling data-driven decision-making, and optimizing resource allocation. For capacity planning and reporting purposes This role ensures every person who is a part of Technology and Digital divisions is accounted for – including FTE, FTC, T&M vendor staff etc. What you'll be doing Workforce Planning and Analytics – find creative ways to record, store and use data - Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned with technology project demands. - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decisions. - Monitor schedule adherence and vendor SLA compliance. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to optimize staffing models. Enhance, Improve and Automate processes, controls using data to build an operational advantage - Drive continuous process improvement in workforce planning and reporting. - Leverage workforce management platforms and contribute to automation and enhancement efforts - Establish methods and procedures for tracking data quality, completeness, redundancy, compliance and Publish Reporting and Dashboards - Analyze and evaluate workforce metrics to improve capacity planning and utilization. - Gather data, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to identify appropriate process control changes. - Distribute accurate daily, weekly, monthly updates of capacity target goals and metrics including empirical analysis. About you - More than 8+ years of experience in a data analyst, data analytics role - Strong understanding of workforce planning, vendor management, and data analytics. - Extensive experience in banking and financial services domain - Experience in technology solutions definitions and implementations, process improvements - Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Exposure to BI tools and reporting software (e.g. MS PowerBI and Tableau) - Experience with data modeling, reporting automation, and dashboard development
