About the role

Adecco India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the Candidate: Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and teams. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate and facilitate communication between project stakeholders. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. Liaise with vendors, clients, and other external parties as needed. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana). Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy.
