Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Additional Director with investment responsibilities, based in Kolkata with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves developing and executing investment policies and strategies, analyzing financial statements, overseeing investment portfolios, identifying viable financial opportunities, and contributing to the financial growth of the company. The Additional Director will work closely with the leadership team to align investment objectives with the company's vision and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Investment Management, including the ability to oversee and manage diverse investment portfolios with a focus on profitability and growth.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing effective Investment Strategies and conducting market analysis to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial metrics, assess risks, and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Proficiency in Finance, with solid knowledge of financial principles and practices relevant to investment decisions and company growth strategies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to guide investment initiatives and collaborate with executive teams.
- Proven experience in investment management or a similar role, preferably within the D2C or personal care industry, is highly desirable.
