Trainee Engineer, Graduate Trainee Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities: Assist senior sales engineers in identifying customer needs. Provide technical support to the sales team. Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients / dealers / sub dealers. Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements. Propose right application / solutions that meet customer needs. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product compatibility. Prepare and deliver technical presentations. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions. Provide feedback to the product development team. Assist in the development of sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients / dealers / sub dealers Track and report on sales performance metrics. Support the sales team in achieving their targets. Attend industry events and trade shows. Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of marketing materials. Stay current with new product developments and features.
