Role Summary
We are seeking a System Engineer responsible for defining, managing, and ensuring
compliance of system-level and software-level requirements across multiple vehicle or
product functions. This role will play a critical part in translating high-level KPIs into
actionable, traceable system requirements and ensuring their fulfilment throughout the
development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate, document, and maintain System and Software (SW) level requirements for
ADAS functions.
• Translate program KPIs and performance targets into clear, discrete, and testable
system requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability between KPIs, system requirements, software
requirements, and validation artifacts.
• Track requirement fulfilment and compliance on a weekly basis, highlighting risks,
gaps, and dependencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, validation,
NVH, ADAS, and program management to ensure aligned execution.
• Support requirements change management, impact analysis, and version control.
• Participate in technical reviews to ensure requirement clarity, feasibility, and
testability.
• Contribute to readiness assessments and completion criteria for Phase gate
milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical,
Automotive, or related field).
• Strong experience in Systems Engineering and requirements management.
• Proven ability to decompose KPIs and high-level objectives into structured system
and SW requirements.
• Experience with requirements tracing and verification methods.
• Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jira, similar).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented, and deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
• Automotive domain experience (e.g., NVH, ADAS, vehicle systems).
• Exposure to V-model development, functional safety concepts, or system validation
processes.
• Experience working in multi-phase or multi-supplier programs.
