Job Role: ADAS Project Tech Lead
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and delivery of ADAS perception algorithms for Parking and Driving applications
- Provide technical leadership and guide teams on architecture, design, and performance requirements
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning; ensure on-time and quality delivery
- Track progress, manage risks, and drive execution aligned with project milestones
- Act as the primary interface between software teams, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Represent the team in customer discussions, technical reviews, and issue resolution
- Manage project scope, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee daily team activities, task assignments, and integration of deliverables
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in ADAS perception systems (L2/L2+)
- Proven track record in technical leadership and project delivery
- Good understanding of automotive software development lifecycle
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes
- Exposure to Parking and Driving ADAS functions
- Prior customer-facing project experience
- Knowledge of automotive standards and development processes
