Role Title: ADAS Developer (with RADAR + Fusion)

Job Summary
We are looking for RT Linux Engineers to develop ADAS feature logic on Real-Time Linux platforms. The role includes integration with Camera and RADAR sensors, interpretation of fused perception outputs from a 3rd party perception/fusion stack, and implementation of ADAS features such as FCW, LDW, AEBS, MOIS, and BSIS. The engineer will develop real-time decision-making logic, state machines, diagnostics, and support feature validation through logging and replay frameworks.
Required Skills
• Strong programming in C/C++ on Linux embedded platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Real-Time Linux (PREEMPT_RT) scheduling and deterministic behaviour.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, IPC, shared memory, sockets, message queues.
• Experience integrating RADAR sensor data (object list, target tracking, Doppler velocity interpretation).
• Understanding of sensor fusion concepts:
o track-to-track fusion basics
o coordinate transformations (sensor frame to vehicle frame)
o timestamp alignment and synchronization
o object association and confidence gating
• Strong ADAS domain understanding:
o TTC computation, headway estimation, collision risk evaluation
o object-in-path determination
o lane model interpretation for LDW/FCW/AEB logic
• Experience with CAN communication using SocketCAN, DBC parsing, and vehicle signal extraction.
• Debugging and profiling skills using Linux tools (gdb, perf, ftrace, top, htop).
