Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Adaptive Insights Consultant to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives through effective implementation, modeling, and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning. This is a contract role ideal for someone who can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-impact financial models and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain financial models in Adaptive Planning
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Translate FP&A requirements into scalable system solutions
• Develop dashboards, reports, and integrations as needed
• Partner with finance teams to improve planning workflows and data accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing implementations
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights)
• Solid understanding of FP&A concepts (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Experience working with financial models and data structures
• Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with integrations or data tools is a plus
Nice to Have:
• Prior consulting experience
• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards
