Job Role: Adaptive AUTOSAR Software Engineer
Work Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate software components using Adaptive AUTOSAR and Classic AUTOSAR architectures.
- Design and implement AUTOSAR-based services and middleware for automotive ECU platforms.
- Own and manage ADAS platform features, driving development from concept through production delivery.
- Collaborate with system architects, hardware teams, and domain experts to define platform architecture and software interfaces.
- Configure and validate AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) using tools such as DaVinci Developer, EB Tresos, and Vector CANoe.
- Develop and debug software on Linux, QNX, or other real-time operating systems.
- Perform ECU bring-up and debugging using hardware debugging tools such as Lauterbach Trace32.
- Ensure seamless integration of middleware and platform services across multiple ECUs.
- Support CI/CD integration and automated build pipelines for continuous software delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards, compliance, and project milestones are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in embedded software development for automotive systems.
- Strong programming expertise in C and C++ with solid software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR and Classic AUTOSAR architectures.
- Experience with AUTOSAR BSW configuration, MCAL, and communication stacks.
- Proficiency with AUTOSAR toolchains and automotive debugging tools.
- Experience working with Linux, QNX, or other real-time operating systems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in embedded environments.
- Experience using Git, JIRA, Confluence, and automotive diagnostic tools.
