Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Identify quality-related training needs and provide necessary training to employees
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency
Manage quality documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends
Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters
Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Quality with 8-10 years of experience within the Real Estate industry.
Must have worked with Real Estate Developer
Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel
