Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all legal activities related to the Real Estate industry.
  • Handle litigation matters, including court appearances and legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and support on non-litigation matters such as contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead negotiations and oversee land acquisition processes.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and filings.
  • Manage Intellectual Property rights and ensure their protection.

Qualifications
