Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or related; 2-5 years HR operations, GCC setup, employee lifecycle or exit management; exposure to Oracle, SAP HR, ServiceNow or similar HRMS; strong understanding of exit formalities, NDC, F&F settlement, data management, compliance, HR documentation, MIS/reporting, MS Excel and stakeholder coordination.
