Job Purpose: This role is responsible for shaping and executing the cyber security strategy for APL and provide support for other Business Units of Adani Group, aligning it with business objectives and risk tolerance. This role encompasses developing a comprehensive risk management framework, integrating cyber security into business processes, and maintaining governance through best practices and standards. Additionally, this role will manage relationships with external entities, vendors, and partners, ensuring the Group is at the forefront of cyber security innovation.
Responsibilities
- Heading the security department and keep the department operationally active to avoid theft of materials, maintain secured working environment for employees, customers and associates.
- Liaisoning with Police dept. and state government administration to achieve success in maintaining law & order situation at site.
- Liaisoning with local leaders and heads of project affected villages to help in development of an intelligence network and help in our company CSR initiatives.
- Help the organization in emergency control measures and in disaster management.
- Maintain surveillance through CCTV on regular basis.
- Implementation of Highest standards of Health & Safety as per DuPont guidelines/CHETNA.
- Implementation of SI/JSA/SMS as per organizational guidelines.
- Conduct security audit & review of security set up.
- Deploy security personnel & modern electronic equipment to mitigate security risks.
- Identify & coordinate training needs of team members & supports them to upgrade their technical and behavioral skills.
- Continually engaging in Threat evaluation to ensure security of men & material.
Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
- Graduate
- Retired defence services officer (Maj /Lt Col/Col)/Ex Paramilitary Officers at Sr./ Jr. Commandant level
Desired Qualification:
- Graduate with Defence/paramilitary background
Experience Total : 18-23 Yrs
