About the role

Responsibilities

Execute and monitor structured L&D programs to build desired competencies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for developmental milestones, assessments, and mentoring engagements.
Coordinate learning activities and gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance leadership development outcomes.
Capture, organize, and share learning assessment data to support competency development.
Curate and maintain relevant learning content and pathways to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
Drive adoption and tracking of learning paths through LXP to support career readiness.
Facilitate effective mentorship experiences between CXO-level mentors and L&D participants, ensuring engagement and feedback loops.
Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Ensure audit-readiness and data accuracy across all program documentation and dashboards.
Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and learner engagement.
Provide timely data inputs for leadership reviews and presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR management or related discipline preferred
