Strategic & Business Support
- Support the Strategy team and Chairman’s Office in execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives, projects, and key priorities.
- Assist in preparing strategy decks, presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing notes for leadership meetings, board meetings, and reviews.
- Track progress of strategic action items, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives; flag risks and delays proactively.
- Conduct basic research, data analysis, and benchmarking related to strategic projects, market trends, and internal performance.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of coordination between the Chairman’s Office, Strategy team, and internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.).
- Follow up with department heads and teams for updates on assignments, decisions, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely flow of information, approvals, and communication from the Chairman’s Office to stakeholders and vice versa.
Chairman’s Office Support
- Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for Chairman’s Office–led initiatives.
- Prepare agendas, circulate meeting materials, record minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track closure of action points.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Process & Governance Support
- Help streamline internal processes, documentation, and reporting mechanisms for the Strategy and Chairman’s Office.
- Maintain structured records of decisions, presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
- Support governance-related activities, including policy tracking and compliance documentation, if required.
