1. Employee Lifecycle Data Management
- Manage and maintain employee master data across the entire lifecycle (onboarding, probation, transfers, compensation changes, and exits) in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of employee data in line with GCC HR governance standards.
- Perform regular data validation checks to prevent downstream payroll, compliance, and reporting issues.
2. Oracle and SAP Integration Support
- Support data integration between Oracle Fusion and SAP / downstream systems, ensuring seamless flow of employee and organizational data.
- Validate integration outcomes and identify mismatches or failures impacting payroll, finance, or reporting.
- Assist in reconciliation activities between systems and support periodic integration health checks.
3. Oracle Bulk Uploads & HDL Execution
- Learn, execute, and continuously improve Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader) and other bulk upload utilities.
- Prepare, validate, and upload bulk data files for employee records, positions, grades, and compensation elements.
- Test uploads in coordination with ELCM and IT teams, ensuring zero impact on live operations.
- Maintain upload documentation and error logs for audit and governance purposes.
