Airport Operations Agent

What role you will play in team: You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our airport by assisting passengers and ensuring efficient ground handling. What you will do: Your responsibilities will include assisting passengers, directing traffic, and ensuring airport safety. Key responsibility: Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and gate information. Directing ground traffic and ensuring efficient movement of vehicles. Maintaining airport safety and security procedures. Communicating effectively with passengers and airport staff. Responding to emergency situations and providing assistance as needed. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Required Qualification and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year of experience in customer service or airport operations (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of airport procedures and safety regulations (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
