What You’ll Work On
- Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for a diverse range of courtroom devices.
- Create user experiences that streamline legal workflows and enhance real-time collaboration.
- Translate complex legal interactions into clean, user-friendly visual systems.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to bring your designs to life.
- Lead design sprints, usability testing, and iterative prototyping to validate ideas.
- Help define and evolve our design system and visual language.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio of digital work.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, with a good grasp of modern UI/UX principles.
- Experience designing complex web applications or productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive and accessibility-focused design.
- Collaborative mindset — you thrive in cross-functional teams and can communicate design rationale clearly.
- Bonus: Familiarity with legal tech, collaborative tools, or real-time systems.
