Join the Online Sales Team at Adair Homes, the Pacific Northwest’s premier custom home builder. As an Online Home Consultant, you’ll be the first friendly voice our customers hear—and the one who helps them take the first step toward building their dream home.
This is not your average sales role. With no cold calling, a steady stream of inbound leads, and an hourly wage plus commission, this role is built for someone who’s ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly and professionally to all incoming leads

Qualify prospective customers and help match them with the right floor plan and Adair branch

Set appointments with our on-site Home Ownership Consultants

Manage your pipeline using LASSO CRM

Track conversion metrics and report on lead performance

Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience

Work a rotating schedule that may include some weekends
What You Bring:

A customer-first mindset with strong phone and email communication skills

Experience managing leads or sales pipelines in a CRM system

The ability to stay focused and self-motivated in a structured environment

A desire to learn and follow a proven, successful sales process

Comfort with technology and multitasking across tools and platforms
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.42/hour base pay + bi-weekly commissions
- Expected annual earnings of $75,000+
