Data Annotation Specialist - Machine Learning

As a Data Annotation Specialist on our Machine Learning team, you will be responsible for building the datasets that power the data science solutions that are integrated into Ada’s product. You will work closely with ML Scientists to understand the purpose and nuances of the models we build that help us deliver impactful experiences for millions of customers. We’re looking for someone who is curious to learn about, and motivated to be a part of building a world class AI Agent CX platform. You will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and an ability to collaborate with teammates to achieve shared goals. Along with a core expectation of delivering annotated data, you will be given the opportunity to help us hone our data annotation processes in order to meet the needs of a growing Machine Learning team. About You Motivated to complete tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and efficiency Spanish native speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
