About the role
We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 3-4 years of experience who has strong expertise in SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize business data effectively.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reporting solutions.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval.
Use Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.
Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as relational databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data models and pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Tableau reports and dashboards.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for dashboard development and data visualization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
Experience with Python for automation, data manipulation, and analytics.
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working with APIs and cloud-based data sources (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
