ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing performance marketing company running Keitaro as our core tracking platform. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of ad ops and development — you will architect campaign flows, build and optimise landing pages, write custom JavaScript for tracking and conversion logic, and integrate Keitaro with external ad platforms via APIs. You will be the technical backbone of our media buying team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign & Funnel Operations
• Build and manage campaign flows in Keitaro — funnels, offer rotations, and traffic distribution rules (geo, device, OS, browser, carrier)
• Configure A/B split tests across landing pages and offers to maximise conversion rates
• Set up and validate S2S postbacks, pixel events, and conversion tracking with Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Maintain bot filtering rules, IP/user-agent blacklists, and fraud protection logic
• Connect traffic sources and affiliate networks using Keitaro's 500+ built-in templates and custom integrations
Landing Page Development
• Build and maintain landing pages locally within Keitaro (HTML / CSS / JavaScript)
• Write custom JavaScript for conversion event firing, dynamic content, form handling, redirect logic, and offer personalisation
• Optimise landing page load speed and implement cloaking/protection where required
• Set up banner rotations and multi-offer flows
• Manage files via Textolite (PHP in-browser editor) and build self-contained static page packages (HTML / CSS / JS/images/fonts) with consistent folder naming and preview screenshots
Custom Development & Integrations
• Use Keitaro's Click API and Admin API to automate campaign operations — bulk creation, reporting pulls, flow updates
• Write KClient JS / PHP scripts to pass tracking data to and from third-party sites
• Integrate Keitaro with external tools via webhooks and REST APIs
• Send conversion signals back to ad platforms programmatically: Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API
• Build lightweight internal tools or dashboards where needed (reporting UIs, webhook listeners)
Analytics & Reporting
• Build custom reports in Keitaro using 30+ metrics with grouping and drill-down analysis
• Identify funnel drop-offs and surface actionable insights for the media buying team
• Automate report exports and notifications via API / webhooks
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• JavaScript — essential: Comfortable writing vanilla JS for landing pages, event tracking, DOM manipulation, async fetch calls, and redirect logic
• Experience: 2–4 years in performance/affiliate marketing tech, ad ops, or a coding + marketing hybrid role
• Ad Tracker: Solid working knowledge of Keitaro or a comparable tracker (Binom, Voluum, RedTrack)
• Strong understanding of tracking fundamentals: postbacks, macros, click IDs, UTM parameters, pixel, and CAPI events
• Experience integrating with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads APIs or dashboards
• Comfortable reading and writing REST API calls (JSON, fetch/axios, Postman)
• Solid HTML/CSS — able to build and edit self-contained landing pages without a framework; familiar with static file structures (fonts, images, JS, CSS folders) and in-browser editors such as Textolite
• Familiarity with browser DevTools for debugging, tracking, and JavaScript issues
NICE TO HAVE
• PHP experience for KClient PHP scripts and server-side landing page logic
• React or Vue for building lightweight internal tools
• Experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) or Google Enhanced Conversions
• Knowledge of traffic arbitrage and affiliate marketing business logic
• Textolite or similar PHP file managers; Canvas-based JS for interactive landing page elements (game mechanics, animated widgets)
WORK ARRANGEMENT
This is a fully in-office position based in Delhi NCR.
Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
