As an Ad Sales and Platform Monetization lead at PharmEasy, you will be instrumental in driving high-impact advertising revenue by leveraging our unique healthcare platform and deep customer reach. This role focuses on creating innovative monetization strategies that deliver value to our brand partners while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Revenue Generation & Campaign Execution:
● Drive monetization revenue by designing and executing high-value ad campaigns for partner brands. Come up with innovative campaign ideas basis brand’s objective.
● Manage and sell comprehensive advertising inventory.
● Engage with external partners and media agencies.
● Account Management & Campaign Execution
● Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners.
● Ensure timely execution of campaigns and monitor campaign performance periodically. Make changes where necessary.
● Ensure all ad solutions and placements are focused on revenue growth without disruption to the user experience (UX).
● Reporting and Strategy:
● Define and manage campaign reporting cadences (Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly).1
● Utilize and interpret platform and category-level insights to help brands make informed selection and business decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
6+ Years of Total Experience
● Proven experience in digital ad sales, monetization, or category marketing within a high-growth e-commerce environment (experience in a B2C e-commerce platform strongly preferred).
● In-depth understanding of digital advertising metrics (e.g- impressions, CTR,ROAS, CPM) and ad formats (PLA,Display, Video etc.).
● Strong account management and relationship-building skills focused on driving client growth and adoption of premium services.
● Ability to structure and sell complex media plans and marketing packages.
● Excellent communication and data analysis skills, capable of leveraging insights to drive sales strategies.
● Team management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
