Job Summary
We are seeking an Advertising Sales Agent – AI Trainer to join our customer’s team. In this remote role, you will leverage your expertise in advertising sales and client relationship management to train and refine AI systems. Your real-world insights will help AI models understand advertising strategies, sales processes, and modern media trends, supporting more intelligent and effective sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations for new and existing clients, showcasing advertising products and services.
- Maintain and grow an assigned client base while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate pricing and estimates for advertising solutions, ensuring clients understand options and value.
- Research, locate, and engage prospective clients through networking and outreach efforts.
- Explain the benefits and ROI of various advertising channels—including print, broadcast, digital, and out-of-home.
- Document client interactions, feedback, and sales processes to enrich AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI models learn from real-world sales scenarios and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in advertising sales, account management, or related roles (e.g., Advertising Consultant, Ad Sales Representative).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients across multiple industries and media platforms.
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of modern advertising trends and digital media landscapes.
- Analytical skills to translate client needs and sales interactions into actionable AI insights.
- Enthusiasm for innovation and continuous improvement, particularly in AI-enabled environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or digital automation systems.
- Exposure to multiple advertising media types (print, TV, radio, online, signage).
