Role Overview
We are hiring a result-driven Ad Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling digital advertising solutions to brands and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients (brands, SMEs, agencies)
- Pitch and sell digital advertising solutions (display ads, sponsored content, performance campaigns)
- Build strong client relationships and close deals
- Create customised proposals based on client needs
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting to closing)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 1–4 years experience in ad sales / media sales / B2B sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
