About the Role
Joblet.ai is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to manage the technical execution and optimization of programmatic job advertising campaigns across our platform and partner network. You will sit at the vital intersection of data, technology, and recruitment marketing—ensuring enterprise employer campaigns are set up precisely, delivered efficiently, and optimized continuously.
What You Will Do
- Campaign Execution: Set up, traffic, and meticulously manage programmatic job ad campaigns across direct and partner channels.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance in real time, rapidly identifying delivery issues and optimization opportunities to ensure maximum ROI.
- Data Analytics: Analyze spend, click, apply, and conversion data to generate actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate directly with Account Managers and clients to align technical campaign settings with their overarching hiring goals.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and improve internal campaign tracking systems, tagging architectures, and attribution frameworks.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across ad serving, feed delivery, and integration pipelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing. (Note: Experience within HR tech is considered a strong plus).
- Platform Expertise: Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), or job distribution networks.
- Analytical Chops: Strong analytical skills with a high degree of comfort manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and multi-touch attribution methodologies.
- Execution: High attention to detail and the proven ability to flawlessly manage multiple overlapping campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication: A clear communicator who can easily distill complex campaign data into simple, actionable narratives for non-technical clients.
