What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end, performance-led programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, Native, and CTV
Manage large-scale buys on DV360 and The Trade Desk (TTD); optimize to ROI/CPA/CTR goals
Execute and optimize campaigns across Yahoo DSP, Adform, and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) as required
Own audience segmentation, first-party data activation, and smart bidding strategies
Troubleshoot delivery issues, optimization escalations, tracking gaps, SSP integrations, and ad-serving errors to ensure flawless campaign execution
Act as the primary operations stakeholder with Account Managers, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure campaign success
Participate in client strategy discussions; provide tactical recommendations and technical troubleshooting to drive performance
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic (applications without this experience will not be considered)
Hands-on experience with DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSP, Adform, and CM360
Experience working with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and ad networks
Background covering ad trafficking, advertiser account management, and campaign management
Strong technical knowledge of ad-server integrations including tags, floodlights/pixels, VAST/VPAID, MRAID, macros, viewability and fraud basics, discrepancy analysis
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
Exposure to brand safety and verification tools, data onboarding, clean rooms, and advanced measurement frameworks
