Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support performance marketing campaigns and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, a good understanding of CPL-based marketing models, and experience working with tracking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
- Monitor and optimize CPL/performance marketing campaigns to achieve business targets
- Validate and compare data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work closely with internal teams (Ad Ops, BD, Tech) for campaign execution and performance tracking
- Manage and track campaign funnels, identify drop-offs, and suggest improvements
- Use platforms like AppsFlyer (or similar) for campaign tracking and attribution
- Ensure proper data validation and maintain high data quality standards
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Ad Operations / Data Analysis
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Lookups, etc.)
- Good understanding of CPL (Cost Per Lead) and performance marketing funnels
- Familiarity with tracking tools like AppsFlyer or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mobile marketing campaigns
- Exposure to affiliate marketing networks
- Basic understanding of data visualization or reporting tools
