Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Mobile Ad Operations Executive to manage, optimize, and scale mobile advertising campaigns across multiple traffic sources and networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, tracking, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize mobile ad campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR models)
- Work with affiliate networks, advertisers, and publishers to drive campaign performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (ROI, CTR, CVR, eCPI, etc.)
- Handle tracking platforms (like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.) and ensure proper attribution
- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones
- Troubleshoot tracking or delivery issues in campaigns
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales & Delivery) for smooth campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Mobile AdOps / Affiliate Marketing
- Strong understanding of mobile tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc.)
- Good analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with postback URLs, tracking links, and attribution models
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fraud detection and traffic quality analysis
- Understanding of SDK integration and basic technical troubleshooting
