Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad Operations professional to manage
reporting, tracking validation, and attribution for mobile marketing campaigns. This role focuses on ensuring accurate data across platforms and smooth campaign tracking for both
domestic and international (global) markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and validate mobile campaign tracking across platforms
- Ensure accurate attribution of installs and in-app events
- Handle reporting, data reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis
- Work extensively on platforms like AppsFlyer, Branch, and similar MMPs
- Perform campaign tracking QA and troubleshoot tracking issues
- Validate postbacks, event mapping, and attribution flows
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper tracking implementation
- Generate and maintain campaign performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy across multiple dashboards and tools
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Ad Operations / Mobile Marketing / Attribution roles
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution, event tracking, and validation
- Experience in reporting, data analysis, and discrepancy handling
- Familiarity with domestic and international campaign tracking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good To Have
- Experience with Adjust or other mobile attribution platforms
- Exposure to SDK/event integration and postback setup
- Background in AdTech, gaming, or mobile-first companies
