Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for an Ad Operation Specialist. The Ad Operation Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing advertising campaigns, implementing ad trafficking strategies, analyzing campaign reports, and optimizing performance. The role also includes troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring campaigns deliver as planned, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to meet performance metrics and objectives. Timely communication and precision in ad operations are critical elements of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ad Trafficking, Campaign Management, and Knowledge of Ad Platforms
• Experience with Ad Operations Reporting and Data Analysis
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Technical Troubleshooting Abilities
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Effective Team Collaboration and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Digital Advertising Trends and Best Practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, or ad tag debugging is a plus
