Responsibilities-
- Perform end-to-end QA checks on digital ad campaigns before and after launch
- Validate campaign setup including creatives, targeting, tracking tags, and placements
- Ensure ads are trafficked correctly across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), DV360, Campaign Manager (CM360), etc.
- Conduct functional testing of creatives (display, video, rich media) across devices and browsers
- Verify tracking implementation (impressions, clicks, conversions, pixels)
- Identify discrepancies in campaign delivery and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Perform troubleshooting for ad serving, tag issues, and discrepancies
- Maintain QA checklists, documentation, and reporting logs
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, SLA timelines, and compliance standards
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation where applicable
