Job details:
Licious began in 2015 when Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta set out to transform a 55 billion USD category that was largely unbranded, inconsistent, and untouched by modern food standards. Their vision was simple - bring honesty, hygiene, and joy to meat and seafood buying in India. What followed was a category-defining shift powered by India’s only fully integrated 0–4°C cold chain, global FSSC 22000 certification, backward integration through bio-secure poultry farms, and rigorous control over freshwater fish and seafood.
With five state-of-the-art processing centres and an annual capacity of 36,000 tonnes, Licious now serves India’s top metros - Bengaluru, NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai and Kolkata - through a strong online presence, expanding retail stores, and fast-growing quick commerce partnerships, including 30-minute delivery across major urban clusters. Over the years, the brand has reached 4.5 million customers, earning unmatched trust, quality leadership and a loyal following in a category long defined by guesswork.
This unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and consumer obsession has made Licious India’s first D2C unicorn. Today, it stands as the country’s most loved, iconic D2C meat brand - elevating everyday meals, setting new benchmarks for safety and freshness, and building an ecosystem where farmers, meat technicians, supply partners and delivery heroes thrive alongside millions of delighted home cooks.
