About the Role
Stablegen Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and talented Ad Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching, high-converting advertisements for our AI-powered website and digital products.
We are looking for someone who understands modern design trends, knows how to grab attention quickly, and can create visuals that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities
* Design attractive ads for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create banner ads, promotional creatives, and marketing visuals for our AI website
* Develop engaging ad concepts that communicate product value clearly
* Work closely with the marketing/product team on campaign ideas
* Maintain consistent branding, style, and visual identity across creatives
* Edit and optimize designs based on performance feedback
Requirements
* Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
* Good understanding of ad creatives, marketing psychology, and visual storytelling
* Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused designs
* Knowledge of AI tools for design/content generation is a plus
* Portfolio showcasing previous ad design or creative work
* Strong attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Skills
* Motion graphics / short video ad editing
* Experience designing for SaaS, AI products, or tech brands
* Understanding of A/B testing creatives for performance marketing
