🎯 Position: Sr. Graphic Designer / AI Video Editor
📍 Type: Remote
🕒 Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
📅 Experience: Minimum 5 Years in a Performance Marketing Agency
🎓 Education: Bachelor's in Fine Arts or a related field
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in ad creatives, social media graphics, and branding (D2C brand experience = big plus ✅)
- Hands-on experience in creating AI-generated videos (using tools like Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
- Ability to conceptualize and execute performance-driven video ads (UGC-style, hooks, storytelling)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static creatives and video performance work
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Killer design instincts and an obsession with details
