Your responsibilities as a Client Success Team member will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns and issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of client success processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base.

To excel in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for customer success.
