Job Purpose :

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Corporate Finance related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals
• Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations
• Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback
• Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted
• Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars
• Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted

Key Competencies

• In-depth knowledge about finance, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain
• Worked as process related trainer in the previous assignments is an added advantage.
• Should have trained freshers and laterals in the previous assignments
• Knowledge on Advanced MS office (Excel, Word and PPT) is added advantage
• 5-6 years of experience
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated and willing to work hard
• Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
