Full Stack Engineer

We empower businesses in architecture, design, commercial interiors, and construction by automating, visually enhancing, and intelligently streamlining the RFP process to win more contracts. Our goal is to make advanced RFP tools accessible, affordable, and user-friendly.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities to work on AI and machine learning (ML) integrations. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with our team to create robust, AI-enhanced solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable full stack applications using Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.
• Develop and optimize AI/ML-powered features, ensuring seamless integration across the tech stack.
• Lead development efforts to optimize performance, scalability, and security of the entire application.
• Build efficient, responsive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern front-end best practices.
• Collaborate with data extraction tools and integrate with client databases.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for streamlined deployment.
• Ensure code quality with comprehensive unit and integration testing (Jest).
   

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full stack development experience with strong knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Expertise in backend development with Express or similar frameworks.
• Experience in developing AI/ML-driven features and integrating them into full stack applications.
• Solid front-end development skills and experience building responsive, efficient UI components with Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI/LLM tools, machine learning models, and related APIs.
  Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deploying scalable AI-powered applications.
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and integration with external databases.
• Understanding of design tool development.
